DC IS MY CITY - Carlos Carmonamedina. Prints and postcards. Since early 2016, artist Carmonamedina has produced weekly illustrations for his project Postcards from Washington DC. “During my time in Washington, D.C., I have come to love the rich diversity of people, past and present, and the quotidian dramas through which they shape their neighborhoods and the collective urban character,” says Carmonamedina. “My art seeks to document that human presence, in a way that is funny and compelling.” With more than 200 postcards to date, the collection has been featured in local media and art exhibitions.

Sapphic Creations - Caden Gabriel, Artist, Intuitive, Tarot Reader selling paintings, prints, jewelry, stickers. Hi, I'm Caden (they/them) and I am a DC native queer/trans artist and intuitive tarot reader. I specialize in queer nude art, and my typical style is colorful and abstract. Green Papaya, LLC - Celia Baula. Artisan hand-woven scarves, shawls and wall decor. Green Papaya was established in 2018 by a working scientist-mom, who wanted to find a better alternative to store bought candles, wax melts, and tea lights that are too strong-scented and irritating to the nose and airways. She noticed that store-bought, generic candles burned fast, gave off soot, and some of them produced an odd-looking clump after the first burn. Armed with her knowledge of product development and quality management principles, she set out to create a line that she would want to use every day with her family and friends.
